Your use of NextGenRobotics services is subject to strict compliance requirements:

• Full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when operating our drone and AI camera solutions
• Absolute prohibition of unauthorized surveillance, data extraction, or interference with critical infrastructure systems
• Mandatory approval and scheduling of all operation requests through our official channels and authorized personnel
• Adherence to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and technical specifications provided by NextGenRobotics
• Responsible use that respects privacy rights and maintains professional standards at all times

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, patents, and proprietary technologies related to NextGenRobotics services remain our exclusive intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to AI models, drone software, operational protocols, and technical documentation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content solely for authorized internal business purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NextGenRobotics makes no representations or warranties regarding service uptime, performance consistency, data accuracy, or operational reliability.

Drone operations are inherently subject to various factors including weather conditions, airspace restrictions, technical limitations, and regulatory requirements that may affect service delivery and performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextGenRobotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our maximum aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NextGenRobotics in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NextGenRobotics and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws
• Your misuse of the Service or unauthorized modifications to our systems
• Any negligent or wrongful acts or omissions in connection with your use of our services

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Federal High Court of Nigeria, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
